Hey Lu,

Happy birthday! 42 looks good on you. I mean it — you keep getting better, and somehow that still surprises me even after all this time.

Watching you grow — at work, as a mom, just as a person — is one of my favorite things. You set a high bar for yourself and then you clear it. Every time. It's honestly a little annoying how good you are at it.

And José and Noelle — Lu, they hit the jackpot with you. The way you show up for them every single day is something else. You're their favorite person (sorry, not even close). We're all pretty lucky.
